WinCasino Opens New Casino in Warsaw
WinCasino has opened its new casino in Warsaw. Developed by Wintoro, the €5 million project expands WinCasino’s network to five locations nationwide and brings over 100 new jobs to the capital’s workforce.
The new casino, located at Smolna Street 40 within the Hotel Indigo, near the De Gaulle roundabout, is the first to open in Warsaw with a new license in nearly two decades. WinCasino Warsaw operates under a license granted by the Minister of Finance of Poland following a competitive bidding process and regulatory compliance.
“This is our fifth casino in Poland, but undoubtedly the most important and prestigious. We wanted to create a space that offered world-class gaming while setting new standards in guest experience, from interior design to customer service,” said Monika Paliwoda, CEO of E-fun, owner of Wintoro.
WinCasino Warsaw is part of a broader strategy to integrate casinos into the urban landscape and redefine them as modern social and entertainment venues. This approach has been more the exception than the rule in Poland until now. Today, guests seek unique, relaxing, and high-end experiences. Our ambition is to meet those expectations and contribute to defining the future of the industry in Poland,” added Paliwoda.
Luxury Gaming Features and Custom Facilities
The Warsaw casino features exclusive VIP areas, automated but limited access controls, and personalized services. The property includes Poland’s first gold gaming table and gold slot machines, developed specifically for the site by Polish manufacturer Promatic. These elements were inspired by the facilities in Monte Carlo casinos.
The venue is also equipped with wooden gaming tables from Italian brand Abbiati, a supplier to international casinos. The slot machine offering includes the largest selection of VIP machines in Poland, with oversized monitors and surround-sound seating. The casino also houses what it claims are the largest slot machines in the country, each with two 65-inch screens.
“Warsaw is a key market for us: demanding, but incredibly inspiring,” said Mariusz Grzejszczak, CEO of Wintoro. The opening of the casino on Smolna Street is the result of long-term planning and a commitment to quality. We want everyone who visits our casino to feel like they are in a unique place and want to return.
Venue Operations and Services
The casino operates 24/7 and is located near restaurants, clubs, and hotels in the city center. The site offers designated smoking and non-smoking areas, optimized acoustics, and subtle lighting in spacious interiors. The design incorporates standards from casinos in London, Singapore, and Las Vegas.
There is a bar on the premises offering cocktails and premium drinks. Guest parking is included in the venue’s infrastructure, a rare feature for downtown Warsaw locations.
