Today (17th) is International Responsible Gaming Day, and the Buenos Aires City Lottery (LOTBA) will carry out various activities accordingly.
Until Friday, February 21st, the Buenos Aires regulatory body will carry out several actions framed within the Responsible Gaming Program in order to raise awareness about the benefits of playing responsibly and prevent risky behaviors, especially in minors and vulnerable groups.
One of the activities that will take place will be the presentation of the “Talking is Winning” Cup by the president of the City Lottery, Jesús Acevedo, at the race held at the Argentine Hippodrome of Palermo.
Likewise, a talk will be held in collaboration with the Healthy Stations of the City, to address the problem of gambling in minors, the promotion of responsible practices, and the importance of betting only on authorized sites with the .bet.ar domain.
Promotional material and merchandising from the “Talking is Winning” campaign will be distributed in official agencies throughout the week. For their part, online gaming agencies will have a survey on the use of responsible gaming tools for users of the platforms to complete.
For its part, information stands on responsible gaming will be set up at the Argentine Hippodrome of Palermo and the Buenos Aires Casino. LOTBA staff will participate in a quiz, and there will be a stand in the entrance hall providing information to those entering to carry out procedures.
