A Scottish man from Aberdeen has found a winning fate of the Euromillions among the things of his deceased mother. His mother bought the fate before her death and predicted five numbers at the Euromillions draw. The winning fate was good for an amount of £ 18,403 (€ 21,663).
In mid-April, Anne Carter, an avid lover of lotteries, died at the age of 67. Because of her death, her 34-year-old son Liam Carter had to pick the things in her house. While sorting out his mother’s things, he found an envelope with the text ‘Sat Draw – Don’t Forget!’, A reminder not to forget the draw on Saturday.
At first he wanted to ignore the fate of the Euromillions, but something told him he had to check it anyway. He scanned the ticket with the App of the National Lottery, Organizate of the Euromillions in the United Kingdom, and received the message that it was a winning ticket. However, he had to call the lottery line to get more information about his prize.
Carter was told that his deceased mother had predicted five numbers well, making the winning fate good for £ 18,403 (€ 21,663). If she had predicted the two stars well in addition to the five numbers, fate would even have been good for the jackpot of tens of millions.
In conversation with the Daily Mail, the Scottish man tells his story:
“I stiffened. I must have been silent on the phone for a moment. It felt unreal. She had never had anything big in her life, and now this. She always said that if she ever won, the money would be for me. And even though she never knew about this victory, it really felt like something she left for me. As a last gift.”

Opposite the British newspaper, Carter says that he will use his mother’s amount won to make a down payment on a flat. According to De Schot, buying his own house is something his mother always wanted him to reach.
