The official event included speeches by Antonio Barajas, director of Casino Mediterráneo, as well as the president, Nilva Álamo Cristescu, who thanked “everyone involved in the project for their commitment and dedication.”
The executive also highlighted “the special excitement it represents for the company to have been able to return to Villajoyosa almost 15 years later.” “Today, part of our history is recovered, and we look forward to the future with hope,” she added.
The president of the Acrismatic Group, Jesús Álamo, also spoke, thanking all those present for accompanying the operator “at such an important moment.”
In turn, the mayor of La Vila Joisa, Marcos Enrique Zaragoza Mayor, closed the official event by thanking the Acrismatic Group and Casino Mediterráneo for “the commitment, effort, work, and investment made in the project, with the aim of bringing the casino back to life, which has always been a symbol and a benchmark for the town.”
After the ribbon-cutting ceremony, attendees went to the casino’s exterior, in a renovated “chill-out” area to participate in an exclusive party. The event featured a performance by violinist Pablo Navarro and a Brass Band composed of musicians, DJ music, prizes, and many surprises.
