Dutch Players Shine at the 2025 World Series of Poker
The 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) is underway in Las Vegas, and several Dutch poker players have already made their mark.
In Event #5, the $5,000 Pot-Limit Omaha, Ronald Keijzer and Rob Hollink advanced to Day 2. Keijzer finished with an impressive stack of 551,000 chips, while Hollink bagged 165,000. Unfortunately, Nino Pansier and Javier Francort were eliminated earlier in the tournament.

Thijs Hilberts Advances to Day 2 in Mystery Millions
The $1,000 Mystery Millions event featured five starting days. On Day 1C, with 2,995 entries, Thijs Hilberts, a Dutch player residing in Asia, made it through to Day 2 with 1,065,000 chips, representing over 25 big blinds.
Phovieng Keokham Wins First Bracelet
The first bracelet of the 2025 WSOP was awarded to Phovieng Keokham, winner of Event #2: $500 Industry Employees No-Limit Hold’em. Keokham defeated Christopher Zollo in the heads-up match to secure his first WSOP bracelet and the top prize of $64,369.
