Casino Monticello Denies Connection to Online Betting Platforms

Casino Monticello, operated by Dreams, has denied any association with online betting platforms after reports surfaced that unauthorized operators in Chile were using their identity to attract players.

“In response to information circulating on social media in our country, Dreams categorically denies the existence of an online betting platform operated by our company, either by Dreams or Monticello,” the company stated in a press release.

The statement further clarified that Dreams has no involvement in iGaming companies. “Our activity is exclusively limited to the operation of physical casinos, authorized by the Superintendency of Casinos de Juego, located in the cities of Iquique, Mostazal, Temuco, Valdivia, Puerto Varas, Punta Arenas, and Coyhaique,” they explained.

The company urged its customers to visit official channels to avoid potential fraud or scams.

“We urge individuals and our customers to obtain information about our services through the official Dreams and Monticello channels and not to be deceived by unscrupulous individuals who use our name to commit crimes or improper practices,” they concluded.
