YouTuber Stefan de Vries Offers Glimpse into High-Stakes Poker World

Popular Dutch YouTuber Stefan de Vries, boasting over a million subscribers, has given his followers a peek into the world of poker by acting as a personal assistant to poker player Dirk Gerritse in his new video.

De Vries, one of the Netherlands’ biggest YouTubers with 1.03 million subscribers, recently uploaded a new video. In this video, he traveled to Montenegro, where the Triton Super High Roller Series was recently held.

In the video, De Vries spends 24 hours as an assistant to a professional poker player who played in a €100,000 buy-in tournament. This player was Dirk Gerritse, the Dutch poker player who participated in the $100,000 Main Event of Pot-Limit Omaha.

Shortly before De Vries’ arrival, Gerritse achieved a fourth-place finish in the $25,000 PLO 6-Handed event, earning a cash prize of $201,000. However, in the video, De Vries is by his side during the Main Event, where Gerritse did not achieve the same success.

During his time in Montenegro, De Vries provides a fascinating look into the world of poker at a tournament series that has grown into one of the best and most respected events in recent years.

The video also shows how the ‘regular’ assistants of “TheVenividi1993”, as Gerritse is known online, are busy vlogging. Since his arrival at the Triton Poker events, the poker player has also started vlogging. His team has also put the vlog of the Triton Series in Montenegro online. It shows him achieving a commendable sixth place in a $50,000 event after the YouTuber’s departure.
